  • You must have valid systeme.io credentials
  • You are responsible for maintaining API access
  • We sync data according to your configuration
  • Data accuracy depends on source data

6.2. Stripe Integration

  • Payment processing follows Stripe's terms
  • We do not store payment information
  • Transaction history is available through Stripe
  • You must maintain valid payment methods

7. Service Level Agreement

7.1. Availability

  • Target uptime: 99.9%
  • Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Emergency maintenance when necessary
  • Status updates by email

7.2. Support

  • Email support: response within 24 hours
  • Priority support for Business and Enterprise plans
  • Documentation and knowledge base access
